Here in part two, we’ll discuss the three BFS Home Warranty coverage levels available to you: Basic, Deluxe, and Premium.
What’s covered in a BFS Home Warranty level
Available at three levels, BFS Home Warranties can be purchased for single family homes, condo/town home/mobile homes, and multi-unit duplexes.
Here’s what’s covered at each level of coverage:
Basic*
- 2 A/C units
- Dishwasher
- Water heater
- Tune-up
- Standard SEER A/C Coverage
- Garbage disposal
- Plumbing
- Unknown pre-existing condition
- Heating
- Oven / range
- Electrical
- Freon recovery
- Trash compactor
- Microwave (built-in)
- Circuit boards
- Equipment haul away
Coverage is available for additional appliances and systems on a pay-per-item basis.
*Basic coverage plan requires a $55.00 (deductible) service fee.
Deluxe Level
Includes all equipment from the Basic plan, plus a No Deductible option. Coverage is available for additional appliances and systems on a pay-per-item basis.
Premium Level
Includes all equipment from the Deluxe plan, plus coverage for:
- Garage door openers
- Refrigerator with ice maker & dispenser
- Stoppage coverage
- Circuit boards
- Standard washer & dryer
